2012-2013 Transportation Schedule

The University of Mount Union offers international and out-of-state students transportation to and from the Akron Canton Airport and Canton Bus Station during official breaks. A shuttle schedule for the official break times has been created and is as follows:

Fall Arrivals 2012:
Deadline to submit request for transport is Wednesday, August 8

Fall Break 2012:
Deadline to submit request for transport is October 4

Thanksgiving Break 2012:
Deadline to submit request for transport is November 6

Winter Break 2012:
Deadline to submit request for transport is November 21

Spring Arrival 2013:
Deadline to submit request for transport is December 21

Spring Break 2013:
Deadline to submit request for transport is February 22

End of Spring Semester 2013:
Deadline to submit request for transport is April 16

Summer school departures will be provided as needed. No transportation is available during the Memorial Day holiday weekend (May 25, 26 or 27).

You must complete and submit the Online Transportation Request Form by the stated deadline on the transportation schedule. If you have any questions concerning this schedule, please contact the Center for Global Education at 330-823-3296.

Every attempt has been made to accommodate your travel plans through the official University Transportation Shuttle, however, there may be times when the Transportation Shuttle will not be able to meet your needs. In that event, you have the option of hiring a taxi service at your own expense. Here is a list of taxi services that operate between the University of Mount Union and the Akron/Canton Airport and Canton Bus Station.
