Teaching Area(s): Accounting

Mount Union has a large number of internship opportunities available for students in many areas of study. These internships allow students to apply what they have learned in the classroom to the workplace.

Accounting is a diversified, dynamic and growing profession. In fact, the Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that employment of accountants and auditors is expected to grow much faster than the average for all occupations through the year 2018.  New and changing laws will increase the need for accountants, and opportunities are expected to expand in private companies as well.

Our accounting program will provide you with opportunities to apply theoretical knowledge to practical situations, develop a professional network and discover mentors in your chosen area.
