My ultimate career goal is to be a forensic accountant for the federal government. After graduation, I plan on obtaining my Master’s in Forensic Accounting. From there, my goal is to move to Washington, D.C. and work for the FBI.

Accounting degree graduates have found success working for organizations including Hill, Barth and King, Bruner Cox, Yurchyk and Davis CPAs, State of Ohio Auditor’s Office, Stark Country Auditor’s Office, Laszeray Technology, Deloitte, Ernst and Young, Ashtabula County Medical Center, Summa Health Systems, PricewaterhouseCoopers and Cohen and Company.
Accounting major students have also pursued graduate studies at institutions across the country including Youngstown State University, University of Akron and Malone University, among others.
The major in accounting is administered by the Department of Economics, Accounting and Business Administration, which also offers programs in economics, finance, human resource management, international business and economics, management and marketing as well as a minor in business administration.
