Alliance High School and Mount Union to Host Family Fit and Fun Day

ALLIANCE, Ohio—Alliance High School and the University of Mount Union will host a “Family Fit and Fun Day” from 2 to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 28 in the Alliance High School gymnasium.
The day will consist of activities such as unicycling, country line dancing, face painting, Zumba, baton twirling, a bounce house and yoga. There will also be complimentary health screenings from Aultman Hospital, as well as healthy snacks and information from the Alliance City Health Department.
The event is being planned by students in Associate Professor of Human Performance and Sport Business Dr. Beth Canfield-Simbro’s health education class. This is the second year that Mount Union has partnered with Alliance City School District.
This event is free and open to the public. All children must be accompanied by an adult.
