Annual Student Art Show and Reception to be Held in Crandall Art Gallery

The works of more than 30 Mount Union College students will be on display during the Annual Student Art Show in Crandall Art Gallery March 13 through April 2.

The students, representing a number of major fields of study, designed the pieces displayed in the exhibit, which include drawings, paintings, prints and sculptures. The student artists include Coleen Archer, a junior art major from Rockhill, South Carolina; Robert Brucker, a senior biology major from Mt. Gilead; Ryan Buckley, a junior media computing major from Willowick; Brian Corbin, a sophomore media computing major from Uniontown; Kimberly Cox, a senior media computing major from Louisville; Emily Ellis, a senior art major from Morral; Mike Evans, a sophomore early childhood education major from Boardman; Daron Ford, a sophomore art major from Alliance; Nicholas Hammonds, a junior media computing major from Minerva; Brandi Hershey, a sophomore art major from W. A reception will be held Thursday, March 16 from 4-6 p.m. in Crandall Art Gallery in honor of the students and their accomplishments.

Crandall Art Gallery is located within Cope Music Hall on the corner of Simpson Street and Union Avenue on Mount Union's campus. The Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.-9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1-6 p.m. All events are free and open to the public.
