Application for Graduation

During the junior year, the graduation process begins for degree candidates. Students must "apply" for graduation in order to be considered with the proper graduating class. The application indicates the anticipated date of graduation, how the name should be listed on the diploma, etc. There is no fee to apply.

December and May graduates should apply no later than May 1 of the year preceding the anticipated graduation date. This deadline ensures sufficient time for the degree clearance process and appropriate registration for the final semester(s) of classes.
