Tiffani Tribble Named Director of Academic Planning Center

Tiffani N. Tribble has been named director of the Academic Planning Center at Mount Union College as of July 1. Part of the new Student Success Center at the College, the Academic Planning Center provides assistance to students as they choose a major. “Many students are confused about choosing a major,” said Tribble. “We will examine their strengths and help them choose a career path.”Tribble earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University of Ohio and a master of science degree in organizational development from Case Western University.Prior to joining the staff at Mount Union, Tribble was an admissions counselor at Miami University and the University of Cincinnati. She also worked with “Educational Talent Search,” a college preparatory program.

Brumbaugh Nature Center of Mount Union College will be holding a Kids in the Garden program “The Buzz About Honeybees” on Wednesday, July 9 from 9 a.m. to noon.Kids ages 8-11 are invited to observe honeybees in an enclosed display, taste test honey and learn all about honeybees.Registration is required.
