Distance Learner Complaint Procedure
Students taking online classes at the University of Mount Union should attempt to resolve any issues or complaints with the University first. If after following the University’s complaint procedure, an issue cannot be resolved internally, you may file a complaint about the University of Mount Union with your State by referring to the following State Agencies.
