Dr. Brian Woodside and Dr. Sarah Torok Named Assistant Professors of Psychology at Mount Union College

Dr. Brian Woodside and Dr. Sarah Torok have been named assistant professors of psychology at Mount Union College.

Woodside earned a bachelor of arts degree with honors in psychology from the University of Akron and a doctoral degree in biomedical sciences and neuroscience from Kent State University.

He has served as an assistant professor of psychology at Baldwin-Wallace College and conducted post-doctoral research at Bowling Green State University.

Woodside is a member of the Society for Neuroscience and the Faculty for Undergraduate Neuroscience.

Torok earned a bachelor of arts degree in psychology from Mercyhurst College and master of science and doctoral degrees in educational psychology from the University of Albany.

She served as a visiting assistant professor of psychology at Skidmore College where she advised senior research projects.

Torok is a member of the Society for Research in Child Development and the American Psychological Society.
