Faculty and Guest Artist Series: Maira Liliestedt, piano
The Performing Arts Department of the University of Mount Union is proud to present a Faculty Recital featuring professor of Music, Maira Liliestedt on piano.
The recital will feature the fiery Appassionata Sonata of Beethoven and other perennial favorites--such as two of Rachmaninoff's emotional Preludes--sprinkled with gems ranging from a Mozart-style arrangement of Amazing Grace to the mesmerizingly- popular Flight of the Bumblebee by Rimsky-Korsakov.
