Faculty and Staff Members at Mount Union Recognized for Years of Service

Faculty and staff members at Mount Union College were recently recognized for their years of service to the institution.
A dessert reception was held in Campus Grounds of the Hoover-Price Campus Center to celebrate and recognize faculty and staff members for their hard work and dedication to the College.
Recognized for 20 years of service were Larry Baswell, carpenter; Iola Boykin, floor crew; Jean Dalesandro, faculty secretary; Dr. William Howell, assistant professor of economics, accounting and business administration; Suzanne Moushey, music librarian; Dr. James Thoma, associate dean of the College and professor of human performance and sport business; and Jo VanFossen, student accounts clerk who recently retired.
Awarded for 25 years of service were Mark Bergmann, manager of WRMU; Dr. Lee Gray, professor of geology; Rodney Peterson, director of auxiliary services; Michelle Sams, controller; and Mary Swartz, director of the bookstore.
Recognized for 30 of service were Dr.William Coleman, Jr., professor of communication and assistant to the president for diversity affairs; John Homon, head men’s cross country and track coach and assistant professor of human performance and sport business; Dr. Martin Horning, professor of economics, accounting and business administration; Donald Penny, grounds keeper; and David Zoky, professor of economics, accounting and business administration.
Awarded for 35 of service were Janice Behner, secretary to the vice president for student affairs and dean of students; Larry Kehres, head football coach, athletic director and associate professor of human performance and sport business; and Dr. Steve Kramer, professor of psychology who recently retired.
