Faculty Art Exhibit Opens Oct. 1

ALLIANCE, Ohio – The University of Mount Union’s annual faculty art exhibit will take place in Beeghly Hall from October 1 until December 6, featuring a wide variety of work.

A gallery reception for the artists will take place on Saturday, October 26 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. prior to football game. The event is open to the public.

Artwork will include paintings by Elizabeth Babb, art lecturer; sketches and sculptures by Robert Buganski, associate professor of art; paintings by Tim Hallaran, art lecturer; photography by Fred Cockrill; lecturer; paintings and photography by Margo Miller, department chair and associate professor of art and paintings by Gary Taneri, lecturer.

Exhibit hours are 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. For weekend hours, call Carol Opatken, director of the Mount Union Gallery, at (330) 823-4968.

The exhibit is free and open to the public. Beeghly Hall is located on the southeast end of campus near the State Street entrance.
