Faculty Research Forum Held at Mount Union College

November 12, 2002

Mount Union College held a Faculty Research Forum on Friday, November 8.

 

Dr. Richard Marriott, vice president of academic affairs and dean of the College, served as chairman, and Dr. Thomas Carr, assistant professor of philosophy and religious studies, served as moderator.
Dr. Michael Olin-Hitt, associate professor of English, presented "Phantom Life (a short story);" Dr. Clara Becerra, assistant professor of Spanish and foreign languages, presented "Novel and Film Adaption: Three Spanish Novels of the Post-Franco Era;" and David Torbett, instructor of philosophy and religious studies, presented "Charles Hodge: Conservative Protestantism, Slavery, and Race."
