Faculty Research Forum to Be Held at Mount Union College

Mount Union College will hold a Faculty Research Forum on Monday, November 10 at 6:30 p.m. in Bracy Hall L04.

 

Dr. John Kirchmeyer, professor of computer science and information systems, will serve as chairman, and moderator.

Dr. John Bienz, professor of English, will present, "The Feel of Real: How Embodied Experience Combines with Imagination." Dr. James Klayder, lecturer in computer science and information systems, will present, "Maya Mania: The Creation of 3D Graphics and Animation." Dr. William Cunion, assistant professor of political science, will present, "How Politics is like Horse Racing: Truman, Taft-Hartley and the 1948 Presidential Campaign."

Concluding remarks will be made by Dr. Richard Marriott, vice president for academic affairs and dean of the College. The Faculty Research Forum is coordinated by Dr. Santosh Saha, associate professor of history.

The event is free and open to the public.
