Faculty Research Forum to be Held Monday

ALLIANCE, Ohio — The University of Mount Union will hold a Faculty Research Forum at 4:30 p.m. on Monday, November 11 in Tolerton and Hood, Room 100.
Presenting faculty members are Dr. Elaine Anderson, professor of music and Dr. Jeff Draves, professor and chair of the Department of Chemistry.
Anderson earned a Doctor of Musical Arts degree in cello performance from the University of Alabama, a Master of Music degree in cello performance from Manhattan School of Music and a Bachelor of Music in public school strings from Concordia College.
Anderson will present, “Compact Disc,” a presentation about her sabbatical in spring of 2013 during which the Mount Union string faculty and selected keyboard faculty members made a CD.
Draves earned a Doctor of Philosophy degree in physical chemistry from the University of Illinois and a Bachelor of Science degree in chemistry from Monmouth College.
