February CLP Speakers Announced

ALLIANCE, Ohio – Four Continued Learning Programs (CLP) are scheduled to take place in the Newbold Room (East Room) of the Hoover Price Campus Center at the University of Mount Union during the month of February. CLP sessions take place at 10 a.m. every Tuesday of the month.

The first CLP speaker will be held February 2 and will feature Pat Stone, director of Rodman Public Library, speaking about youth programs at the library. Joe Knoll, superintendent of Marlington Local Schools, will speak on February 9 and Dorsey Ney will speak about healthy living on February 16. On February 23, Harry Paidas and Pat Stone from One Book One Community will share information regarding the program and how books are selected.

CLP sessions are free of charge and open to the public. Following the presentation and discussion, attendees are welcome to stay for lunch at the Kresge Dining Commons ($7). For more information about the CLP sessions, contact Abby Honaker at (330) 829-8168 or honakeal@mountunion.edu.
