MY EXCEPTIONAL STORY

Personal Attention
I toured numerous schools and found Mount’s personal attention and approach to academics to be the difference. You are not a number at Mount, you are an important part of the University and everyone is dedicated to ensure that you are successful.

The Mount Union Difference
The small class sizes and the access to academic professionals make the difference. The professors are not only great teachers, but also serve as excellent mentors.

First Professional Job
I worked as corporate marketing manager for Mandalay Sports and Entertainment.

Internships
I actually had three internships while at Mount Union. Not only did my professors assist me to secure each, they were there to guide me through the challenges with each to ensure that I was successful.

Campus Involvement
I played varsity baseball while at Mount Union.

Continued Education
Once I had a few years of “real world” experience, I obtained a Master’s degree from Arizona State University.

Career Preparation
My Mount Union education provided real life experience and contacts that led to my career. Without the advice and tough love, I would not have had the success that I’ve experienced.

Staying Connected
I mostly stay connected to Mount Union through the friendships that I made while I attended. I also field calls from current students and they tend to keep in contact as well.

Lifetime Goal
Now that I’ve been a professional for 14 years, my perspective has changed. I still want to be a president of a Major League franchise, however, the comfort of my family comes first now.

Favorite Part of Job
Generating revenue is a game changer for sports organizations. If you can do it, then the entire culture shifts.

I toured numerous schools and found Mount’s personal attention and approach to academics to be the difference. You are not a number at Mount, you are an important part of the University and everyone is dedicated to ensure that you are successful.
