Gail Garbrandt is Recipient of "Women of Worth" Award

Gail Garbrandt, adjunct faculty member of political science at Mount Union College and vice president of the National Women's Political Caucus, has been selected for the 'Women of Worth' award by an associate of the Worth Collection.
This award is given to four women each year by the Worth Collection Ltd.
Garbrandt serves as principal of the Ray C. Bliss Institute of Applied Politics at the University of Akron and is currently the vice president of the Midwest chapter of The American Association of Political Consultants. She was also named the chief operations officer at Electionmall Technologies.
At age 27 she became president and CEO of an international corporation that had offices in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and Ohio. She became one of only two women engaged in exploration and development of natural gas and petroleum. Through this she became involved in politics and lobbying.
Garbrandt also played an integral role in the formation of Standards Association for Elections Online, a group of campaign schools across the United States that set ethical standards for online elections.
