Gary Hart and Don Smith Photography Exhibit on Display through December 8

An art exhibit featuring recent landscape photography by Gary Hart and Don Smith will be on display in Crandall Art Gallery from November 3 through December 8.
A reception will be held on Thursday, November 6 from 4-6 p.m. in the Gallery. This event is free and open to the public.
Hart has photographed California’s natural beauty for more than 25 years. His images appear in magazines, greeting cards, postcards and calendars and are displayed in galleries and private collections throughout the world. Smith, a professional photographer for 28 years, began his career as a newspaper photographer after earning a degree in photojournalism from San Jose State University. His eye and mind are attracted to light and color found in nature at dawn and dusk. He photographs along the California coast and the Sierra-Nevada Mount Range, expanding his travels to many of the western states in recent years. Admission to the Crandall Art Gallery is free. The gallery is located between Rodman Playhouse and Cope Music Hall on the corner of Simpson Street and Union Avenue. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 - 6 p.m.
