Giese to Present ?State of the College? Address at Mount Union College
April 7, 2006
Dr. Richard F. Giese, president of Mount Union College, will present the annual State of the College Address during convocation on Thursday, April 13 at 10:35 a.m. in the Campus Grounds, located in the Hoover-Price Campus Center.
Giese returned to Mount Union College in July of 2005 after serving for the previous eight years as president of Monmouth College in Illinois. Prior to holding that post, he spent 19 years as a faculty member and in increasingly responsible administrative positions for Mount Union, including vice president for enrollment services and vice president for institutional advancement. He was part of the College's administrative leadership team at a time when Mount Union experienced unprecedented growth in enrollment and endowment.
Giese will review the College's status for the current year and discuss future goals for the institution. A question and answer period will follow the address.
The event is free and open to the public.
