Guitarist/composer James Marron to perform at Mount Union College

Guitarist James Marron, who has performed in Italy, France, Germany and throughout the United States, will showcase original works at Mount Union College on October 9 at 8 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall.

Along with original works from his recordings 'Six Poems For The Angels' and 'Spring Rising,' Marron will also perform works by Nikola Resanovic and Roger Zahab.

A graduate of The Manhattan School of Music, Marron is currently on the faculty of Ashland University and The University of Akron.

A BMI affiliate composer and co-founder of Marronprater Dance and Music Company, Marron has composed modern dance music that has been performed in various locations across the United States.
Presser Recital Hall is located in Cope Music Hall on the corner of Union Avenue and Simpson Street on the Mount Union campus.
