Accept Your Financial Aid and View Missing Documents
To view a list of your missing documents for the Office of Business Affairs and Student Financial Services log onto the Financial Aid Portal using your Mount Union ID, which can be found on the top of your financial aid award letter. If you are a first time user click the “First Time User” link at the bottom of the Log In box. If you are a returning user and forgot your password click “Forgot Your Password?” at the bottom of the Log In box.
Review the Amount of Tuition and Related Costs

Access Your Bill
Students can obtain access to their billing account information through Self-Service. Use your network username and password to login. If someone is helping you pay your bill, you can provide access to your billing account through your Self-Service website by clicking on the Finances tab and select “Make a Payment”. Click on the bottom left corner of the screen to “Add New” payer access. For more information on creating an authorized user visit click here.
Mark Your Calendar
Payments for the academic year are due:
- Fall Semester: July 31
- Spring Semester: January 3
Late fees are assessed and a hold will be placed on your account if payment has not been received within one week after bills are due. A statement will be published under the Finance tab on Self-Service for your review.
