I'm Dyeing to Know to be Held at the Nature Center

The John T. Huston-Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center of Mount Union College will hold I'm Dyeing to Know on Saturday, September 9 from 9 a.m. to noon.

This program offers an opportunity to explore the dye properties of plants in nature. Participants will learn the differences between dyes and pigments, discuss what makes a fiber good to dye and discover what mordants do.

Registration is required. The Nature Center is located six miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183. For more information, contact the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487.
