Instructions for Transfer Students Applying for Admission

The following application forms for admission to Mount Union are designed for use by prospective transfer students.

1. Give the College Instructor Reference Form to a person from whom you desire a recommendation. Please provide him/her with a stamped, addressed envelope. Type or print your name and address in the spaces provided on the form -- if you have been out of school for two or more years, give the form to a supervisor at your most recent place of employment (including military service).
2. Give the Dean of Students Form to the appropriate administrator at each of your previously attended institutions. Request that the form be completed and returned to Mount Union.
3. Have official final transcripts of high school and all colleges/universities attended forwarded to Mount Union.
