My advice to anyone considering my field is to be ready for an ever changing field because computer science is constantly evolving. Be prepared to change and adapt or you will be left behind on the latest versions of every computer technology.

Internet Computing
Supplement any field of study with one of our minor programs in the computing field, and take advantage of current and future innovations while developing skills through hands-on experience.
The Internet Computing Minor
- Offers an introduction to computer networks and their security
- Provides a solid foundation for anyone who expects to use computers extensively in their lives
The major in internet computing is administered by the Department of Computer Science and Information Systems, which also offers programs in computer science, information systems and media computing (with the Department of Art) as well as minors in database management and web design.
