Invisible Children Documentary Screening

A representative from Invisible Children will be on the University of Mount Union’s campus Thursday, October 6 from 7 – 8 p.m. in the Mount Union Theatre. While on campus, the representative will be showing Invisible Children’s latest documentary, Tony: Lose All. Gain Everything.
According to its website (www.invisiblechildren.com), Invisible Children is an organization seeking to end the conflict in Uganda and stop the abduction of children for use as child soldiers. It uses film, creativity and social action to end the use of child soldiers in Joseph Kony’s rebel war and restore LRA-affected communities in central Africa to peace and prosperity.
Tony: Lose All. Gain Everything. is the story of a Ugandan boy who was rescued from being a child soldier and the new struggles he faces.
