Join Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center for Bittersweet Wreaths
April 08, 2010
Join the John T. Huston - Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center for "Bittersweet Wreath Day" on Saturday, November 1 from 2-4 p.m.
Participants will have the opportunity to make great natural decorations for their homes, using nature's bounty to twist wreaths, swags and other ornaments. All materials are provided, but participants are encouraged to bring materials from their own yard's bounty. Also, gloves, pruning shears and loppers would be a helpful addition.
"Bittersweet Wreaths" is an open enrollment workshop, available to adults and families without registration. For more information, call the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487. All workshops begin at the Visitors Center.
The Nature Center is located 6 miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183.
