Join Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center for Family and Friends CPR
January 30, 2003
Join the John T. Huston-Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center for "Family and Friends CPR" on Wednesday, February 5 from 9 a.m. - 11 a.m.
Do you know the signs of a heart attack? How about a stroke? Would you like to feel confident in a breathing emergency? Linda Brunk, RN, CPN will be giving a presentation on CPR in adult/child/infant emergencies. This is not a certification program - there is no test - but it will make you more comfortable with giving basic support before trained help arrives. We have set up the program to benefit our volunteer trail guides, but any adult is welcome to attend if we have space. The program will include the lecture, video and take home booklet (This is an American Heart Association program).
Registration is required. Call the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487 for more details. The Nature Center is located 6 miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183.
