Join Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center for "Winter Tree ID"
April 08, 2010
Identify trees in the winter, without leaves? You might be surprised to find out how distinctive the bark and buds of trees can be. Join the John T. Huston-Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center on Wednesday, March 5 from 2-3:30 p.m. for a winter tree identification program.

Chuck McClaugherty and his botany class will show everyone the ins and outs of "timber cruising." This workshop will be especially helpful for our trail guides but anyone is welcome to join the fun.
No registration is required. Call the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487 for more details. The Nature Center is located six miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183.
