Join Nature Center for a 'Barn Party'

The John T. Huston - Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center will hold a 'Barn Party' on Saturday, October 9 from 6 ' 8 p.m.


We had a wonderful time last year, so you don't want to miss out this year! Join us as we play some 'barn' games, eat some wonderful food and have a fantastic time. Ken Baker will be playing his guitar and leading a sing along. Marlene Grant of the Washington Township Historical Society will present historical information about the township. George Weimer will be telling stories, and Dulci-More, a group of dulcimer players led by Bill Schilling, will perform. The Sew Happy Carnation Quilters will have quilts on display. Bring the family for games and baked apples!

The event is free but registration is required. The Nature Center is located 6 miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183. For more information, contact the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487.
