Join Nature Center for "Holiday Decorations" Workshop and Book Signing by Local Author

Join the John T. Huston - Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center of Mount Union College on Sunday, December 1 for a "Holiday Decorations" workshop from 2 - 4 p.m. Prior to, and during the workshop, the public is invited to attend a book signing, where two books written by local authors will be available for purchase.


James M. Toto, a local author and volunteer at the Huston-Brumbaugh Nature Center, will be signing copies of his book, "Places in the Heart," from 1 - 5 p.m. at the Nature Center. The book, which features nature stories, will be available for purchase. Also available for purchase is "Alliance, Ohio - It's Not What It Used To Be," by local author and Nature Center volunteer, Lydia Hart. This book details the history of the city of Alliance.
The "Holiday Decorations" workshop is an opportunity to learn how to make ornaments for the home from natural materials. No registration is required.
