Fall 2012 Meal Plans
Upper-class students can select one of the following meal plan options for the Fall 2012 semester. The last date to make changes is Friday, August 31, 2012.

The Dining Dollars will be deposited on the Purple Plus card and be available for food and beverage purchases only. These purchases can be made in the Mount Union dining hall or in the snack bar.
No Dining Dollars will carry over between semesters or at year-end and if they are not used, they are lost. Students will not be reimbursed for any left over Dining Dollars at the end of a semester. If no election is made, student will default to the unlimited meal selection. No changes to meal plans will be allowed after the first week of class. The last date to make changes for the Fall Semester is Friday, August 31, 2012.
If you wish to select or change your meal plan for the Fall Semester, please follow the directions below. First year students are not permitted to make changes to their meal plans until Fall 2013.
This year, all returning students will select their dining plans for the 2012-2013 academic year using MyHousing, a new system that is available for you to check your dining plans, request changes and view your billing of your meal plan selection.
To access MyHousing, simply click this link: http://myhousing.mountunion.edu. You can login to the system using the same username and password that you use to login to your university email account.
- Once you login, select “Login to My Housing” option located on the right side
- Click on the “Dining” button under the Navigation area on the left side of the screen
- Under the FALL 2012 section at the bottom of the page, hit the “Continue” button
- At the bottom of the page, select your meal plan using the drop down arrow
- Click “Submit My Dining Plan Selection” button
- Review your selection on the billing screen and make changes if necessary
You can make changes or additions to your meal plan until August 31, 2012. If you have selected housing in the apartments/townhouses, or are planning to live in a fraternity, commute or live off campus, you are not required to have a dining plan but you may choose to select one if you wish. You can select from any meal plan, including the block plans. Non freshman students living in the university residence halls or campus houses can only select from the unlimited meal plan, 14 meal plan or 10 meal plan. Incoming freshman must have the unlimited meal plan the first year of living on campus. Meal plans can be added or changed until August 31, 2012 using this web site.
For Off-Campus and Commuting Students and Faculty/Staff
Block 50- Any 50 meals during the semester-----Cost per semester $340
Block 50 - 50 meals during the semester only breakfast and lunch---- Cost per semester $270
Meals do not carry over to next semester. Meals can be used only in the Mount Union dining hall or library kiosk. This plan can be purchased more than once during a semester.
Only one type block plan can be chosen during the semester.
