Mount Students to Scare Away Childhood Cancer
October 20, 2011
A University of Mount Union fraternity and sorority are teaming up this month to scare away childhood cancer. Alpha Tau Omega (ATO) and Delta Sigma Tau (DST) will hold a “Haunted House on the Hill” on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30 from 6-9 p.m. at the ATO House on Mount Union’s campus.
The haunted house is open to individuals ages 12 and up, and all proceeds will benefit St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The cost is $1 for anyone ages 12 through 16 who doesn’t have an I.D., but is accompanied by a parent or $3 for anyone 16 and older with an I.D. Light refreshments and cookies also will be for sale.
