Mount Union's Crandall Art Gallery Features Paul Ryan's "(ab) sentences"

The work of artist Paul Ryan, entitled "(ab) sentences," will be on display in Mount Union College's Crandall Art Gallery from September 28 - November 1.

 

Ryan received his bachelor's degree from Principia College in Elsah, Illinois and his master's degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.
Ryan said that the paintings on display "mark a conceptual shift that reflects my interest in the human body and the perception and place of identity/consciousness."
A reception honoring Ryan will be held Saturday, September 28 from 3 - 5 p.m. at the Gallery, and the community is invited to attend. Crandall Art Gallery is located within Cope Music Hall, on the corner of Simpson Street and Union Avenue. The Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1 - 6 p.m.
