Mount Union Choir to Present Concert

The Mount Union Choir will present a concert on Friday, April 25 and Saturday, April 26. Both events will be held at 8 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall.




The concert will be divided into four sections, including "Faith -- Sublime and Overt," which will feature "Alleluia," by Jacob Gallus and "Ave Regina Caelorum," by Edwin Fissinger and as well as several other pieces.

The section entitled, "Mount Choral Tradition," will feature "In Peace and Joy I Now Depart," by David Fetler. "Critters Everywhere," will include such musical works as "The Cricket," by Josquin des Prez and "The Silver Swan," by Orlando Gibbons. The section called, "Of Parting," will include "Precious Lord," by T.A. Dorsey.

The newest CD by the Mount Union Choir will be available in the lobby after the concert.
