Mount Union College Choir on Tour in Ireland

The Mount Union College choir is on tour in Ireland from May 8 through May 15.
Upon arriving in Shannon, Ireland, they visited the Cliffs of Moher, which is six miles of dark cliffs that plunge into the Atlantic from heights up to 688 feet. Other sightseeing for the trip will include traveling around the Ring of Kerry; one of Ireland's most scenic drives, visiting Muckross House and Gardens in Killarney and Blarney Castle; experiencing the city of Cork; and visiting Glendalough and the city of Dublin.
The choir will perform four times while in Ireland. The first performance was on Wednesday, May 9 at 8:30 p.m. at St. Mary's Church in Killarney. On, Friday, May 11 the group will take part in a clinic at 9:30 a.m. at the Cork School of Music. Then at 8 p.m. the choir will perform a concert at St. Peter's Anglican Church in Bandon.
On Sunday, May 13, the group will perform at 8 p.m. at St. Patrick's Church Greystones. The last performance is on Monday, May 14 at 1 p.m., where they will perform a lunchtime concert at Dublin's Christchurch Cathedral.
During the performances the group will perform pieces by Whitacre Singh, Lauridsen, Hayes, Christiansen, Farrow, Shaw, Southall, Hogan, Fuller, Fetler, Stroop, Drotos and Dorsey.
After the last performance, the choir will have some time to enjoy Dublin before returning home.
