Mount Union College Musical Groups Announce Upcoming Events

Various Mount Union College musical groups have upcoming concerts and recitals.

 

The Mount Union College Flute Choir will perform on Monday, December 2 at 8 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall. The flute choir will be performing various works, including Sonata in A Minor, by J. S. Bach, "Sonnets," by David Uber and a holiday favorite, "Silent Night."
A student recital will be held on Tuesday, December 3 at 10:35 a.m. in Presser Recital Hall, featuring student vocalists and students playing the euphonium and viola.
The Mount Union College Jazz Ensemble will perform their winter concert on Wednesday, December 4 at 8 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall. The Jazz Ensemble will perform "Midnight Passage," by John Fedchock, "Kicks N' Licks," by Howard Rowe
and "Someone to Watch Over Me," by George and Ira Gershwin, arranged by Dave Wolpe, as well as several other works.
The Wind Ensemble will perform a holiday concert on Thursday, December 5 at 8 p.m. in Rodman Playhouse. The concert will include many holiday favorites such as "Greensleeves," "Silent Night," and "O Come, O Come, Emmanuel."
