Mount Union College Names Richard Dutson as Associate Dean

Mount Union College has named Dr. Richard Dutson, professor of political science, as associate dean of the College.

Dutson received his Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts degrees from Brigham Young University and his Doctorate degree from Idaho State University.
Dutson joined the faculty at Mount Union in 1985. He has been the recipient of a Sponsored Travel and Research (STAR) Grant and has served as advisor to both the College Democrats and College Republicans.

He and his wife reside in Alliance and are the parents of five children.
