Mount Union College Plans for Graduation of Record Class

Mount Union College is planning for an expected record class of 438 graduates at the 156th Commencement Ceremonies, to be held Sunday, May 12.

Baccalaureate services will begin at 10 a.m. in the Timken Building, featuring Bishop Bruce R. Ough as the guest speaker. Bishop Ough is the resident bishop for the Ohio West Area of The United Methodist Church and a member of the Mount Union College Board of Trustees.

At 1:30 p.m., the College will begin the Commencement Procession into the Timken Building. Featured speaker for this year's Commencement is Fred J. Haupt, director and chairman of the corporate section of Krugliak, Wilkins, Griffiths & Dougherty Co., L.P.A. and chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mount Union College.
