Mount Union College to Present Spring Faculty Research Forum

Mount Union College will present its annual Faculty Research Forum on Tuesday, March 27 at 5:30 p.m. in Bracy Hall Room L04. Presenting their research are faculty members Dr. Gerald Wuchter and Dr. Clark B. Archer, as well as Ashland University professor Dr. David Foster.

Wuchter, associate professor of mathematics, will be speaking on 'Wavelets: The Real 'New Math.'' He earned a bachelor of science degree from Miami University and a master of science and a doctoral degrees from the University of Michigan.

Archer, associate professor of computer science and information systems, is to speak on 'The Manhattan Project: New Look at an Old Project.' He earned a bachelor of science degree from Mount Union College, a master of arts degree from Bowling Green State University, a master of science degree from Florida State University and a doctoral degree from Kennedy-Western University.

Foster, assistant professor of political science at Ashland University, will be discussing the 'Critical Reflections on the American Character in Mark Twain's 'Connecticut Yankee.'' He earned a bachelor of arts degree from McMaster University and master's and a doctoral degrees from the University of Toronto.
