Mount Union Graduate to Make Second Appearance on "Law and Order"

Jason Marr, a 1997 graduate of Mount Union College, will be appearing on an episode of NBC's "Law and Order SVU," which airs on Tuesday, April 20 at 10 p.m.
Marr, a professional actor, appeared on an episode of "Law and Order: Criminal Intent" last fall. While a student at Mount Union, Marr appeared in many performances with the Mount Union Players. He appeared in "Into the Woods," "The Visit," and played Professor Henry Higgins in "My Fair Lady." He returned to Mount Union to make a guest appearance as the lead in "Enemy of the People." He has also participated with the Ohio Shakespeare Festival.
Marr earned his bachelor's degree from Mount Union in political science and philosophy, with a minor in theatre. He was the recipient of the Mount Union Players Award and the Prize for the Performing Arts. He later attended Indiana University, working on a master's degree in acting.
Marr and his wife Joy, who is an actress, live in New York City.
