MOUNT UNION NAMES SCOTT LANGONE HEAD WOMEN'S SOCCER COACH

ALLIANCE, Ohio - Mount Union College has named Scott Langone its head women's soccer coach, according to Larry Kehres, the College's athletic director.

Langone served as the head coach of the girls' and boys' varsity soccer teams at the Augusta Prep Day School in Augusta, GA, for the past two years.

He earned a bachelor of arts degree in history from Castleton State College in Vermont ('93) and a master's of education in physical education from Springfield College in Massachusetts ('99).

The Purple Raiders of Mount Union have produced a 65-37-8 all-time record in conference and have finished in the league's first division in 12 of 13 years overall dating back to the first year of OAC play in 1988.

Langone will also serve as the head women's tennis coach at the College.
