MOUNT UNION STUDENTS TAKE A SEAT IN THE DIRECTOR'S CHAIR

ALLIANCE, Ohio - Seven Mount Union College students will be directing One-Act Plays opening Wednesday, April 18 at 8 p.m. in Rodman Playhouse and continuing through Saturday, April 21.

Those students include Laurie Bower, a junior from Shreve, who will be directing "A Game"; Tammy Farrant, a junior from Youngstown, who will be directing "Rain"; Andrea Fleming, a junior from Wildwood, MO, who will be directing "Who Made Robert De Niro King of America"; Lara Hanson, a junior from Warren, who will be directing "The Cowboy, the Indian and the Fervent Feminist"; Sarah Hyde, a junior from Alfred Station, NY, who will be directing "The Actor's Nightmare"; Shawn Kerns, a sophomore from Bellefontaine, who will be directing "Power Lunch"; and Shannon Schweitzer, a senior from Canton, who will be directing "White Money."

The performances are free and open to the public. Rodman Playhouse is located in Cope Music Hall on the corner of Union Avenue and Simpson Street.
