Mount Union to Host 3rd Annual TUBACHRISTMAS

ALLIANCE, OH – On Friday, December 2, Kappa Kappa Psi, the National Honorary Band Fraternity, will be representing the University of Mount Union band programs by hosting its annual TUBACHRISTMAS performance in the Giese Center for the Performing Arts at 7:30 p.m., with Dr. Otis French, Director of Bands, conducting.

Every Christmas season, tuba and euphonium players of all ages gather to pay respect to William J. Bell and all the great artists/teachers who represent their heritage. Every TUBACHRISTMAS performance features a variety of traditional Christmas carols. 

The cost of registration is $10 and registration begins at 5 p.m. in the Giese Center. Participants will begin to rehearse at 6 p.m. and perform at 7:30 p.m. Parking is in the lot next to the Giese Center and participants are asked to bring a cloth for water valve discharge.
