National Women's History Month Committee Raises Funds for Alliance Shelter

The Mount Union College National Women's History Month Committee raised $236 for the Alliance Area Domestic Violence Shelter this year.

 

The fundraising project was a raffle. First prize was a Rosie the Riveter afghan, and second prize was a basketball autographed by the Mount Union College Women's Basketball team.

The first prize winner was Katie Cervenik and second prize went to Wanda Dickson.

The committee would like the thank the staff of the Alliance Area Domestic Violence Shelter along with Alpha Tau Omega fraternity and Alpha Delta Pi, Alpha Xi Delta and Alpha Chi Omega sororities for selling tickets.
