Nature Center to Present 'Bug against Bug'
May 10, 2010
The John T. Huston - Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center will be presenting a "Bug against Bug" workshop on Sunday, May 21 from 2 - 3:30 p.m.
Insects are some of our best friends and our greatest enemies. But they also have their own friends and enemies, collaborators and cheaters, diseases and parasites.
We will learn about some of these interactions that are going on in your own backyard, and some that have unexpected benefits to mankind. Come and learn more about these fascinating creatures from Dr. Elizabeth Davidson, alumna of Mount Union College and research professor at ArizonaStateUniversity.
Registration is not required. The Nature Center is located 6 miles south of Mount Union College on Daniel Street, just off Route 183. For more information, contact the Nature Center at (330) 823-7487.
