nature center to present project learning tree 1

The John T. Huston - Dr. John D. Brumbaugh Nature Center will present "Project Learning Tree" on Saturday, November 5 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.

This project is designed for teachers and adult leaders who work with children

K ' 12 and the nationally acclaimed program is based on trees and forests. All participants will learn how to use the PLT materials and will receive copies of the PLT Curriculum Guide and the secondary module "Forest Ecology."

Please bring a sack lunch and dress for the weather. The fee for the workshop is $15 per person. Cheryl Mattevi, Charleen Race and Patty Rickard will be the presenters for the program.
