NEOHO Conference Registration
Each Institution registering for the 2016 NEOHO Conference will be able to bring up to 20 staff members (charRActers) and identify chaRActers for your wait list.
Registration forms must be received by 5 p.m. on Friday, December 11, 2015 in order to guarantee your institution’s 20 chaRActers and avoid the $10 per chaRActer late fee.
After the Friday, December 11, 2015 deadline has passed, institutions with wait lists will be notified as to how many chaRActers on their wait list will be able to attend. These wait list members will be added at the $25 per chaRActer rate, not the $35 late rate.
With our powers combined, YOU have the power to complete the registration for NEOHO 2016.
Identify a school LEADER. This is the person all subsequent information about your institution’s registration, conference updates and other official communication will be sent. This is also the person who will represent their institution at the registration table the day of the conference.
Download the “NEOHO 2016 Registration form", fill it out and save it with your Institution name in the beginning of the file name. The registration will ask you for general contact information and the name, position and dietary/access/other considerations for each chaRActer. It will also allow you to provide the same information for up to 30 wait list chaRActers.
When finished, e-mail the registration form as an attachment with your institutions name to firstname.lastname@example.org. (example, UMUneoho2016registration.xlsx).
Payment Instructions and Information
Print a copy of the registration form to process your payment with your institution. The form itself will auto-calculate your total, including any late fees, and serve as a suitable invoice for most Finance offices. If you need a more official invoice, please e-mail email@example.com and let us know what you need in your invoice that is not present on the registration form and we will prepare and send you a suitable invoice. Payment will be available in an online form in which we will accept a credit card payment. The online credit card payment option available HERE! If this option will not work for you, a check should be mailed to the address on the registration form.
