The University of Mount Union’s Mu Phi Epsilon, a music honorary on campus, will present an April Fool’s Concert at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 1, in Presser Recital Hall.

Representatives from the University of Mount Union and Walsh University participated in the 18^th annual spring student debate at Mount Union recently.

The inaugural World Language Festival held recently at the University of Mount Union drew high school students from several northeast Ohio high schools. Students from Alliance, West Branch, Sebring McKinley, Marlington, East Canton, Brecksville and Lake high schools attended the event.

The University of Mount Union is one of 33 colleges and universities in the United States to be awarded a recycling bin grant through the RecycleMania competition.

Members of the University of Mount Union’s service organization Alpha Phi Omega (APO) helped to enrich the lives of children during a recent spring break trip to Kissimmee, Fla. 

Members of Dr. Steve Kramer’s social responsibility course at Mount Union spent their spring break connecting with and serving citizens of El Salvador.

Several middle childhood education majors at the University of Mount Union spent their spring break teaching in Charleston, South Carolina.

Dr. Kevin Meyer, assistant professor of psychology at the University of Mount Union, will be the featured LINC luncheon speaker at noon on Thursday, March 27 in the East Room of the Hoover-Price Campus Center on Mount Union’s campus. This presentation will conclude the LINC luncheon series for the academic year.

Members of the Univeristy of Mount Union’s EXPLORaider program (formerly the Multicultural Retreat) experienced multiculturalism in Puerto Rico during spring break in March.

Members of the U.S. Army War College through the Eisenhower Series College Program (ESCP) will address national and global issues at the University of Mount Union at 6 p.m. on Wednesday, March 28 in the Mount Union Theatre.

Pianist Jennifer Grant will perform at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, March 14 in Presser Recital Hall on the University of Mount Union’s campus. Grant is a junior music performance major of Massillon, OH.

Members of Raider Relief, a philanthropic University of Mount Union student organization, have announced plans for a second annual March Makeover. During the weekend of March 31, student volunteers will give an Alliance home a face lift.
