Mount Union College will feature a variety of events in celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day.

Dr. James Perone, professor of music at Mount Union College, will be the featured speaker to kick off the spring sessions of LINC, the college-community luncheon series featuring Mount Union professors and community members discussing current topics, on Tuesday, January 19 at noon in the East Room of the Hoover-Price Campus Center.

The exhibit, “The Garden of Dreams,” which will be on display from January 11 through January 31 in the Crandall Art Gallery, will feature visionary images and objects by Mark Soppeland.

The Mount Union Choir will be touring northeast Ohio and Illinois this week.

The Mount Union Choir will present a Welcome Back Concert on Sunday, January 10 at 7:30 p.m. in Presser Recital Hall marking the end of an eight-day tour, visiting sites in Illinois and Ohio.
